Certainly at the forefront of this movement, The Palm opened in 2009. While the menu is designed with the “traveler on the go” in mind, the essence of this treasured steakhouse is still very much alive to create the quintessential Palm experience. Of course, their signature items such as creamed spinach, jumbo lump crab cakes and the Louis Gigi Delmaestro salad are featured on the menu, but a favorite here while on the go is the grilled twin tenderloin filets served “class Oscar style” with jumbo lump crabmeat, asparagus and hollandaise sauce.

As the Iron Chef’s empire continues to grow, Chef Cat Cora is determined to find unique locations to provide guests with localized and fresh ingredients. This is food she would happily serve her own family, as the menus are professional chef tested and modern mom approved. Going another step beyond simply using ingredients that are locally-sourced and organic, the locations aim to be green and environmentally friendly by using all eco-friendly and bio-degradable materials for their plates, boxes and utensils.
